Loveland Prowler was completed in 2020 by artist Cherie L. Smittle featuring a Mountain Lion with Loveland Ski Resort mountain range and swirling wind in the sky.
Loveland is a beautiful and diverse ski area nestled in the Colorado mountains. It is also known for its wind. Mountain lions are known to wander around the Arapaho National Forest where Loveland is located. The artist married the two ideas with a combination of dotwork (stippling) and blackwork to create Loveland Prowler.
