The "A Low-Fat Alternative to Chips" painting features people engaged in adventure sports on popcorn.
The artist participated in a challenge to paint popcorn, however when she looked at the kernels they reminded her of mountains. So, she got creative and added people doing various extreme activities on the kernels. She chose to add just a hint of butter color to keep the fat content down :)
