Marilyn Monroe is famous for her seductive roles, seducing you with her look and even the way she walks. No other star has inspired such a range of emotions from lust, and envy, to remorse and even pity. This piece has some of those dynamics... her look is seductive and the roses caressing her body are beautiful but dangerous.
Working on a style new to the artist, she decided to do this piece completely with dots (stipple).
